Whitening Gel Kit

I have whitening gel but lost the trays... Is there any way I can still use it?

I have a teeth whitening kit that is supposed to work in half hour incraments for a total of two hours. I only did one of the sessions before loosing the clear plasticy trays that hold the whitening gel in place. (I think someone threw them out during the 10 minute rest period...) I still have the rest of the gel. Is there anyway that I can still use it without the trays that came with it?

you need the trays to hold the gel or it will mess up your mouth.
