About a year ago I bought an ipod and it came with this little white tray. It fits my ipod in it and it has a hole at the bottom to be plugged into. It's always been pretty much useless... it doesn't stand up on its own or anything or support the ipod on its own. But my sister got a new ipod touch today and it has the same little tray thing and we want to know what its for.
