I have coffee stains on my teeth. Would chewing on a magic eraser help whiten my teeth?
Someone told me too that if I ate 15 pork chops a day it would help whiten my teeth. What's better pork chops or the eraser?
Pork Chops would taste better, but neither is going to whiten your teeth.
All people have teeth stains from coffee, soda, tea, smoking, even tomato sauce or red wine are culprits. If it would stain your white blouse, it's going to stain the teeth too.
Your best bet is a whitening toothpaste. Throw in a little baking soda, which ups the abrasiveness slightly. Floss to make sure your surfaces don't have little corners of darkness.
Invest in whitening products, no one is better than the other, just pick a delivery method you'll actually use.
Stop continuing to damage the teeth or you will not see results from the whitening. Don't LIVE on coffee. After you drink, take a sip of water. It'll help keep the coffee from settling on the teeth and going to work.
