Tongue Scraper Remove

I have a lot of white stuff (Plaque?) on my tongue - Normal?

Is this plaque? Is it normal to have a lot? I use a tongue scraper, but I usually only do a few swipes to get the excess, as it seems near impossible to remove it all.

If you smoke or drink excessively it could be because of this, however if you do neither of these it could be a case of oral thrush. It would be a good idea to see your GP and rule out thrush since if this is present it is easily cured with simple lozenges. Also, make sure you are drinking lots of water each day as simple dehydration may also have this effect.
