Bought teeth whitening trays and gel from eBay- need advice!?
Hi,
I bought some teeth whitening gel and trays from eBay but the trays are so uncomfortable I can't wear them!
I have tried putting the gel straight on my teeth but I can't close my mouth or else the gel will come off- have tried biting on cotton wool like the dentist gets you to do but no luck- anyone have a solution? Those things a dentist uses to keep your mouth open during treatment- can you buy them online?
edit: I have tried putting the trays in hot water for about 120 seconds but no luck..
I can't figure out how to answer a question or post a reply on this, sorry!!!
edit- I solved the problem- I fold over a strip of aluminium kitchen foil over my teeth and mould it to the shape of my mouth. It's cured me of sooo much pain and discomfort and it doesn't make my mouth water!!!
