how should i brush my teeth in order to whiten them?
ok, even though i brush my teeth both time- days and nights, my teeth are a tad bit yellow. i try brushing them in circular motion but i think i'm doing it wrong. can someone tell me how i should do it. and there any other ways i could whiten my teeth better.
oh yeah, the toothpaste i use is crest pro-health and should i switch to baking soda because i heard it is much better.
I use regular whitening toothpaste then dip my brush right into a box of baking soda then once a day dip it in peroxide, just make sure you dont swallow this and spit everything out. and oh, its called "hydrogen peroxide" it's usually 3 percent it will say "topical" dilute it with a bit of water, use the cup for your mouthwash or sumthin.
