Compatible motherboards for Dell Dimension 3000?

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade the motherboard in my Dimension 3000 because it has no dedicated video card slot (e.g. AGP/PCIe). I considered getting a PCI graphics card but I know that their performance is pitiful.

Can anyone tell me of any suitable motherboards that I could retrofit into my PC? Here are the specs:

Windows: Windows XP5.1 (Build 2600) Service Pack 2
Memory (RAM): 254 MB
CPU: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz
CPU Speed: 2792.6 MHz
Sound card: SoundMAX Digital Audio
Display Adapters: Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller |
CD / DVD Drives: D: PHILIPS DVD+-RW DVD8631 | E: GL1673M SRD605H | F: GL1673M SRD605H
Current motherboard: Dell 0N6381

The hard disk (I think) is an ATA. The PSU is also just 250w, which i understand could be a problem. Is it worth just buying another pc altogether?

First you'll need at least a 350 watt power supply....and then the system may not boot up with the new board. You could try going into safe mode to install the chipset drivers (their on the disc that came with the new motherboard).

If that doesn't work you'll need to reinstall windows (your Dell restore disc won't work). We use a special disc. Next you will have to call Microsoft to activate windows.
