Coffee and white teeth?

Several years ago I whitened my teeth using the Crest kit and had great results. I touched up here and there over the years but not I'm in college and drink coffee several times a day (can't help it!), so my teeth have noticeably yellowed. To make the mold of your teeth takes around 10 minutes or so for each upper and lower tray. Cost for these trays vary, they can be anywhere from two hundred to four hundred dollars but with a least 1-2 of the products out there you'll be happy with the results. The whitening kits that contain the tooth whitening gels and some come with a dental tray case have to be purchased from your dentist.

If you watch TV you'll notice that increasing amount of ads from over the counter whiteners which are very popular. One example is the crest white strips. These are plastic strips that go around the upper and lower sections of your teeth. One side of the strip will contain the whitening solution which whitens your teeth. Usually you wear these two times per day for thirty minutes for about two weeks. I have used these personally and have talked to a few others and thus far the results haven't been the greatest but maybe others have had success with them.
