Is liquid Chlorophyll more effective than the powder capsule form of chlorophyll?
Is the liquid form of chlorophll (I mean the chlorophyllin) more effective than the powder capsule form of the chlorophlyllin?
If they are the same, why would people prefer to use the liquid form rather than the capsule form as it is not convenient to use and store?
If the liquid form is more effective, does anyone have any information why?
Note that I m talking about the the chlorophyllin form of chlorophyll such as the chlorofresh that has soduim copper chlorophyllin in the content.
I don't think it's necessarily more "effective" than powder form - it's just more easily absorbed into your system and a lot of people don't like taking pills (or take enough supplements as it is). The liquid form of anything will enter your blood stream faster than a pill will. You can add it to your water, smootie etc. It's just a matter of preference..
