Two parts of my gum start hurting and get really white when I use Crest Whitestrips, how do I prevent it? What can I do?

Make sure that when you place the strips they do not cover the gums. The agent in the strip is irritating the tissues and you should be thorough but kind when brushing these areas until they heal up.
