Buying crest strips! please help?

A few months ago i bought this:

I had pretty much 0 results, But im willing to try crest strips again as they are reviewed so well all over the internet and i think i was just unlucky enough to buy some that were out of date or something.

Now what would you recommend? How many, What strength (premium, supreme etc)

Well yeah thats about it if possible could anyone tell me how well this product worked for them?

I have used Crest White Strips for years. They have worked very well for me. I didn't know they came in different strengths. At first, use them as directed. If you can handle it, leave them on longer than the box says. This is okay to do, but some people are real sensitive to them. Once I got the shade i was happy with, I started using them, on occasion. I always get compliments on my white teeth. There have been a few times, I slept with them on. Again, this can cause sensitivity, but in the morning I have some pretty white, pearly whites, good luck. FYI, the off brands are a waste of money, they don't work .
