How Do I Get Rid of Bleach Stains on a Polo Shirt?? Please Help!!!!!?

I need help really bad!! I was trying to get rid of simple stains on my RL polo shirt with a Clorox Bleach pen. I know that sound stupid but I did it and I am paying the price for my mistake! After using the product, it left me with big white circles in my shirt that I cannot get rid of!! I tried soap and water, scrubbing it but nothing works. Does anyone have any solution to getting rid of the white bleach stains left on my blue polo shirt?? I will give a best answer point to the person who gives me the possibility of removing these ugly stains!!

Bleach Spills on Clothing
Bleach is not a stain, it removes color; therefore there is no stain to remove. However, if you spill bleach on a single-colored article of clothing, you can try using Rit dye to restore the color. It is very effective, and quite easy to use - you can even do the entire process in your washing machine. It comes in a wide range of colors, so you should be able to find a color to match, or you can even mix two or more of the colors. The color is as permanent as any clothing dye, so it will fade, but not any more quickly than other dyes normally do.
