Of resolutions and the beating heart

Is bad hygiene a good enough reason to break up with someone?
His breath always smells and his clothes always have food or something spilled on them. When I met him I thought maybe he was just having a lazy day but it turns out that all days are lazy days to him.
Ew. Hygiene is always a good thing to be GOOD about. Maybe you should drop hints, like get him a nice new shirt and say something like"you look SO nice in this!! You should dress this nice everyday!" Or if you're watching tv and a commercial for cologne, or shampoo or something comes on you should say "mmm i LOVE the way that stuff smells.." things like that. If it doesn't get better though...either grab a clothespin for your poor nose or...do what you must.
